Miguel has been a personal trainer in Dallas, TX for more than 10 yrs. His experience and discipline comes from his time of service in the USMC. 

I offer 1 on 1, group training in the comfort of our private gym. For men, women, and teenagers of all fitness levels, focusing on weight loss, physical fitness and nutritional balance.

Together we will work out a plan for your diet and fitness goals that fits your needs and budget. (Full payment, half and half, payment plan, we can arrange something) I’m not here to burn a hole in your pocket or bank account !
